You design, develop, and maintain scalable digital learning solutions on regulatory topics like cybersecurity and technology procedures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Articulate AI Assistant that align with business and training goals.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to refine learning solutions and simplify technical material.
• Develop reusable course templates and maintain learning assets within SharePoint and internal knowledge platforms.
• Ensure all digital content meets accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Update and manage documentation using collaboration tools like Jive and MS 365.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of instructional design experience for online training.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and AI authoring tools.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Jive, and MS 365 collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly content.

Preferred Skills

• Administrative and reporting experience with Cornerstone on Demand.
• Background in Cybersecurity, Technology, or Compliance training.
