Description

You will design, develop, and implement technical training content for end-users ranging from entry-level to proficient.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create digital learning modules, including content development, audio, and video recording.
• Review and revise existing training materials such as job aids, handouts, and reference documents.
• Develop diverse resources including presentations, e-learning modules, hands-on exercises, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Innovation & Technology teams and subject matter experts to ensure training remains relevant to new technologies.
• Assist with the administration of eLearning and learning management tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training.
• Intermediate to advanced experience creating technical curriculum for MS Office 365.
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 for online training creation.
• Experience with Camtasia or similar tools for screen recording and video editing.
• Ability to write and verbally articulate complex technical concepts and software products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating articles, newsletters, and presentations.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microlearning strategies.
