Description

You will own the design and delivery of learning programs to drive knowledge transfer across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Determine learning strategy and conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps.
• Design and develop diverse learning experiences, including eLearning, instructor-led, and self-paced content.
• Translate complex technical and AI concepts into accessible training materials.
• Lead end-to-end planning, design, and development of global training curricula.
• Track learner performance and refine content based on analytics and feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Instructional Design or eLearning experience in IT or Software Development.
• Knowledge of Web Technologies: HTML, XML, Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Web Services.
• Experience designing training within SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in authoring tools: Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, SnagIt, ScreenFlow.
• Experience integrating with LMS platforms and virtual conferencing tools (Zoom, WebEx).
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities for rapid content delivery.
• Bachelor's degree.
