Description

You will design and develop end-to-end learning solutions that translate complex technical information into consumable instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards outlining structure, content flow, and multimedia elements to meet instructional objectives.
• Convert storyboards into e-learning modules, facilitation guides, assessments, and workshop slide decks.
• Build interactive components including quizzes, simulations, and branching scenarios using authoring tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to extract technical content while minimizing their time commitment.
• Upload and track training content within the LMS, ensuring adherence to SCORM or xAPI standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories including ADDIE, Kirkpatrick's Model, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Experience with storyboard development, course creation, and assessment design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards including ADA and WCAG.
• Expertise in using Google Slides for visually compelling workshop presentations.
• Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, concise writing for diverse audiences.
• Proven project management skills to handle concurrent workstreams and stakeholder feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Snagit.
• Experience with audio/video editing tools like Camtasia, Audacity, or Vyond.
