You will design and develop diverse learning experiences, ranging from interactive eLearn modules to blended multimedia instructor-led presentations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences in eLearn, instructor-led, and blended formats.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex processes into easy-to-understand training content.
- Develop storyboards and manage production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning pedagogy to drive engagement and retention.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while adhering to tight deadlines and evolving business needs.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools including Adobe Captivate.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience developing interactive asynchronous eLearning and synchronous scenario-based training.
- Proven project management skills to lead multiple simultaneous projects.
- Ability to produce a portfolio demonstrating instructional design principles and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in instructional design and project management.
- Experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions.
