Description

You will design and develop diverse learning experiences, ranging from interactive eLearn modules to blended multimedia instructor-led presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences in eLearn, instructor-led, and blended formats.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex processes into easy-to-understand training content.
  • Develop storyboards and manage production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning pedagogy to drive engagement and retention.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while adhering to tight deadlines and evolving business needs.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools including Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience developing interactive asynchronous eLearning and synchronous scenario-based training.
  • Proven project management skills to lead multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Ability to produce a portfolio demonstrating instructional design principles and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in instructional design and project management.
  • Experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions.
