Description

You design and develop interactive learning solutions, including digital courses, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), microlearning, and video content.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design methodologies to create digital courses, assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical topics into clear learning materials.
• Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to define learning objectives and strategies.
• Build and maintain online courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, including quizzes and interactivity.
• Test courses prior to release and update content based on real-time training evaluation data.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
• Experience with virtual training delivery and facilitation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
