You will design and develop learning experiences to address skill gaps and build employee capabilities.
Responsibilities
Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with subject matter experts to design cost-effective training solutions.
Create engaging instructional materials using established design methodologies like ADDIE and SAM.
Act as the lead administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), managing content, security roles, and reporting.
Generate training completion reports and maintain accurate training records and transcripts.
Required Skills
Minimum of 4 years of instructional design or technical writing experience.
At least 3 years of experience designing and developing eLearning courses.
1 year of experience as a corporate LMS administrator, preferably with Cornerstone OnDemand.
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies including ADDIE and SAM.
Experience with Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation.
Expertise in blended learning programs, including ILT, eLearning, microlearning, and self-paced formats.
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Articulate.
Associate's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from ATD.
Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD) certification or Instructional Design Certificate from institutions such as UC Irvine or University of Wisconsin.
