You will design and develop learning programs, including live workshops, on-demand courses, and sales enablement tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze skill gaps and recommend training, enablement, or coaching solutions.
• Define scope, objectives, and outlines for training programs and learning paths.
• Design interactive lessons using adult learning theory for diverse audiences.
• Develop multimedia content including video, podcasts, slide decks, infographics, and job aids.
• Measure program success using the Kirkpatrick model.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Experience with Camtasia Video Editing.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Suite.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud for visual design.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, organized instructional content.
• Strong visual design skills for creating clean, modern diagrams and layouts.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in courses, guides, slide decks, or videos.
