Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design and development principles throughout all project phases.
• Create iterative content and provide weekly progress updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to identify solutions and achieve shared results.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot between tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development covering analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, and Camtasia.
• Strong course development skills, specifically storyboard creation and script writing.
• Experience using Google Slides and Google Docs for VILT presentations.
• Background working in the technology industry.
• Experience working remotely and across multiple global time zones.
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback within a team.
