Description

You will design, develop, and deliver training for Epic-based Cadence and Tapestry applications, owning the full lifecycle from curriculum creation to instructor credentialing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training plans, curricula, and eLearning content for clinical workflows.
• Deliver classroom training to end users and credential new instructors.
• Maintain the Epic training environment and log class completions in HealthLearning.
• Communicate system changes and monthly updates to staff.
• Support Point of Sale implementation with Chase InstaMed and answer workflow questions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or training roles.
• Extensive experience with the Epic Cadence application.
• Epic Cadence Curriculum certification.
• Epic Training Environment Build certification.
• Experience managing referrals within large health systems across multiple clinics and specialties.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate experience.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in San Jose, CA, including periodic on-site training.

Preferred Skills

• Epic Tapestry certification or a strong understanding of referral workflows.
