This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional design materials tailored to specific learning objectives.
• Execute video editing tasks to support and enhance training content.
• Collaborate with team members on design projects to ensure alignment.
• Manage individual workflows and project timelines independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design.
• 5+ years of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using specialized video editing software beyond Adobe Creative Suite.
