Description

You will design and develop instructional materials and interactive training programs within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials including course outlines, storyboards, video scripts, job aids, and quick reference sheets.
• Create online and interactive training formats such as eLearning courses, microlearning, videos, and instructor-led materials.
• Develop and administer assessments to evaluate instructional program effectiveness through data analysis.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Manage training delivery and learner progress tracking via Learning Management Systems.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, or Training and Development.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
• Experience with SCORM-compliant course development and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of 508-compliance requirements and accessibility best practices.
• Knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to produce various formats including printable job aids and virtual instructor-led training.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Workday for creating, managing, and delivering training programs.
• Experience leveraging Workday LMS capabilities for reporting and compliance tracking.
