You will integrate new technologies to improve teaching and learning outcomes for faculty and students in Newark, NJ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult with faculty to align technology use with specific individual teaching goals.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and individualized meetings regarding instructional technologies.
• Support LMS instances and various teaching technologies for face-to-face, online, and hybrid instruction.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors as required.
• Resolve Level II and Level III Help Desk issues related to teaching and learning tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in Help Desk support and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting multiple instructional modes including hybrid and online environments.
• Ability to provide strategies for managing student learning in digital environments.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with external vendors for technical support.
• Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
