Description

You will manage the end-to-end training lifecycle for new product functionality and system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create job aids detailing new system functionality.
• Produce comprehensive training plans based on established release schedules.
• Develop and conduct training classes for new functionality and system enhancements.
• Demonstrate new functionality during Champion meetings and User Acceptance Testing sessions.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience creating job aids.
• 8 years of experience developing and implementing training plans.
• 8 years of experience developing and conducting training classes for new or enhanced product functionality.
• 8 years of experience demonstrating new or enhanced functionality to diverse audiences.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with web-based learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools.
