Description

You will provide technical direction and supervision for a team of engineers and designers, managing the end-to-end delivery of electrical and instrumentation services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of electrical and instrumentation deliverables on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Establish design criteria by incorporating client requirements and meeting state, local, and federal codes.
• Review and approve all electrical deliverables and construction specifications.
• Validate and track professional service and construction estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project controls including cost, schedule, and discipline performance budgets.
• Delegate tasks to engineers and designers based on technical skill and follow up to ensure quality progress.
• Produce detailed design calculations, material take-offs, and conceptual layouts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
• Extensive experience with Industrial Power Systems.
• Electrical Engineering Degree.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, change notices, and deliverables.
• Experience performing advanced engineering work and technical specialization for complex assignments.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision while managing team workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Engineering License.
