Description

Lead the delivery of electrical and instrumentation services, supervising a team of engineers and designers to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project controls, including cost, schedule, and discipline performance budgets.
• Establish design criteria by incorporating client requirements and ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal codes.
• Review and approve all electrical deliverables, construction specifications, design calculations, and material take-offs.
• Delegate tasks to engineers and designers based on technical skill and track progress to ensure quality.
• Validate and track professional service and construction estimates throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
• Extensive experience with Industrial Power Systems.
• Electrical Engineering Degree.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, change notices, and complex deliverables.
• Experience performing advanced engineering work and technical specialization for complex assignments.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision while managing team workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Professional Engineering License.
