Manage inbound inquiries and outbound prospect follow-ups to drive insurance sales results.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls and manage outbound follow-up calls with prospects.
• Answer product questions and gather necessary information to prepare quotes.
• Verify the accuracy of supporting employment, financial, and related documentation.
• Maintain a quiet, secure, and distraction-free workspace for remote operations.

Required Skills

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license valid in your state of residence.
• 5+ years of professional experience in insurance or sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Dependable wired internet connectivity with at least 10Mbps upload and 50Mbps download speeds.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
