Description

You will serve as a domain expert providing strategic and tactical advisory services on insurance data solutions and analytics delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design data and analytics solutions, including BI, predictive models, and data architectures, across insurance functions like Claims, Distribution, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Provide technical direction to project teams regarding data modeling, manipulation, visualization, predictive modeling, reporting, and automation.
• Own the RFP process by researching and developing technical and business case studies in collaboration with SMEs.
• Manage client working sessions to diagnose process inefficiencies and develop business proposals or solutioning exercises.
• Lead diverse teams, managing project progress, deliverable timelines, and team career development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in insurance data and analytics domain expertise.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or Snowflake.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of insurance business functions: Claims, Distribution, Product, and Marketing.
• Experience managing RFPs and working with SMEs.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
