Description

You will lead sales efforts within the insurance domain, focusing on hunting new business and driving revenue through IT services and platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial lead generation to closing deals.
• Coordinate company resources, including Delivery, Support, and Management teams, to meet customer expectations.
• Execute sales negotiations and manage bid/proposal processes for insurance clients.
• Drive revenue attainment by selling horizontal services such as Applications, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Data.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of experience in UK/Europe within IT services or product companies.
• Proven track record of selling IT services specifically within the Insurance domain.
• Extensive experience working with Onsite/Offshore sales models.
• Demonstrated success in platform selling, including Guidewire, Pega, Appian, or AWS.
• Strong expertise in business development, sales negotiations, and commercial pricing.
• Ability to manage underwriting optimization and API integration discussions.
• Deep connections within the insurance industry.
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI and Data applications in insurance.
