You will manage the end-to-end Big Data technology intake process, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Big Data technology intake lifecycle, escalating issues or taking corrective action as required.
• Review request content for quality and accuracy, resolving discrepancies with internal partners or external providers.
• Lead intake management as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to project professionals.
• Align priorities, timelines, and resource requirements while negotiating solution implementation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize standards and address operational problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or related intake management roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in database development and technical process improvement.
• Proven ability in negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in business transformation and prioritizing complex workloads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for articulating analysis and assessments.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead cross-functional teams.
• Effective time management and ability to manage end-to-end workflows.
