Description

You will model business rules and lead technical design for integrated eligibility systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author and model business rules and rule flows using Corticon.
• Analyze operational needs to model, test, optimize, and package rules within the Corticon modeling studio.
• Troubleshoot Corticon Business Rules Server operations using logs and exception messages.
• Produce technical design documents from business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in rules modeling using Corticon Rules Engine Studio.
• 2 years of experience creating Corticon vocabulary and data contracts.
• Experience with Integrated Eligibility systems.
• Experience with welfare case management or eligibility determination systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum project environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of policy within State public assistance programs.
• Familiarity with Corticon Foundation API.
• Experience with Unix and WebSphere.
