Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end integrations across enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage APIs, event triggers, and batch-based integration interfaces across enterprise applications.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Support the integration framework connecting HR, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize integration workflows for performance.
• Maintain integration documentation and adhere to change management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong experience in system integration across enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms: Dell Boomi, Informatica, or MuleSoft.
• Deep knowledge of API integrations, event-driven architectures, and batch interface processing.
• Experience working with data integration workflows and enterprise system connectivity.
• Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Proven experience monitoring and troubleshooting integration pipelines for performance.
• Knowledge of integration documentation, governance, and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with data teams, reporting teams, and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of secure data exchange and enterprise integration best practices.
