Description

You will own the end-to-end integration architecture for D365 F&O across hospital, clinic, diagnostics, pharmacy, and payer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee integrations between D365 F&O and enterprise applications using APIs, DMF, dual-write, and middleware.
• Translate healthcare and finance requirements into technical designs covering data flow, messaging models, error handling, and security.
• Define integration patterns leveraging Azure services, ESB/iPaaS platforms, and standard healthcare protocols.
• Establish integration standards, naming conventions, and reusable patterns across programs and products.
• Develop data integration and migration strategies, including master data synchronization and cutover sequencing.
• Lead integration discovery workshops and document interface contracts, SLAs, and operational responsibilities.
• Mentor integration engineers and developers across USA and India teams.

Required Skills

• 13–15 years of overall IT experience.
• 8–10 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 F&O, or F&SCM integrations.
• 3–5 years in an Integration Architect or Technical Architect role on large D365 F&O programs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure integration technologies including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and API Management.
• Proven experience with end-to-end data migration and synchronization between D365 F&O and external systems.
• Experience designing integrations with third-party platforms and payer/TPA systems.
• Background working in regulated environments with strict audit, security, and uptime requirements.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-country environments involving USA and/or India healthcare organizations.
• Bachelor's degree.
