Description

You will design and architect integration solutions for NG911 systems to ensure interoperability and seamless communication across components.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of integration solutions by configuring middleware, developing APIs, and setting up communication protocols.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to ensure delivery of functionality and system interoperability.
• Manage end-to-end testing discussions, provide test cases for SAT and SIT, and identify opportunities for automation and scripting.
• Review test results for accuracy and validate them against architectural deliverables to maintain stable enterprise architecture.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or Infrastructure Engineering within a Public Safety environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Expertise in Software Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven experience building and supporting mission-critical infrastructure for highly distributed applications.
• Experience with large-scale integration efforts involving multiple technologies, virtual infrastructures, and end-user agencies.
• Hands-on experience with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and RTP (Real-Time Protocol).
• Experience using monitoring tools within NG911 systems.
• Strong proficiency in system design principles, software architecture, and hardware components.
• Deep knowledge of system integration techniques and designing for existing infrastructure.
