You will lead technical direction and deliver end-to-end outcomes by orchestrating delivery across multiple domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction-setting for stories, epics, and features.
• Create and maintain Target State Architecture for domain capabilities and map components to asset management systems.
• Perform architecture optimization, scaled modeling, and design reviews.
• Conduct impact analysis of functional and non-functional requirements, including regulatory risks.
• Support production releases and assist engineers with problem diagnosis and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Integration, Legacy Wireless, Mainframe, and COBOL.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Industry expertise across banking and technology platforms.
• Ability to document architectural decisions for regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience in service feature backlog grooming and dependency identification.
• Proven ability to establish current and target state architecture positions.
