Description

Lead enterprise integration and data initiatives across e-commerce, OMS, POS, supply chain, SAP, WMS, and infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines for orders, inventory, pricing, and customer data.
• Build and maintain middleware solutions using IBM ACE/IIB, DataPower, API Connect, SAP PI/PO, IBM MQ, and Informatica.
• Troubleshoot cross-system integration issues and resolve recurring production incidents to ensure operational reliability.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and automation for high-volume retail transactions and data processing.
• Enforce integration standards, ETL best practices, and data governance policies.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with IBM ACE/IIB, DataPower, API Connect, SAP PI/PO, and IBM MQ.
• Strong ETL expertise using Informatica (PowerCenter or IICS) or similar platforms.
• Experience in retail e-commerce OMS integration including orders, inventory, shipping, returns, and payments.
• Strong understanding of API integration, SOAP/REST services, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions and middleware platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-volume retail transaction environments and carrier payment integrations.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts and Agile delivery environments.
