Description

You will design and document enterprise-level integrations for contact center platforms, ensuring seamless operation between Genesys Cloud CX, Intradiem workforce management, and internal systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design REST API and webhook-based architectures for enterprise integration.
• Create Architectural Design Documents, data flow diagrams, and solution blueprints.
• Administer Genesys Cloud CX, including call routing, IVR/Voice flows, and API configuration.
• Integrate Intradiem workforce automation capabilities with contact center platforms.
• Manage stakeholder alignment with Architecture, Security, Operations, and external vendors.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in integration architecture or related technical roles.
• Deep working knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX, including platform administration.
• Experience with Intradiem workforce automation and real-time agent management.
• Proficiency in REST API design and webhook implementation.
• Experience with WFM platforms interfacing with contact center environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise security review processes, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Visio, Confluence, and JIRA for documentation and project management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
