Description

You will design, build, and maintain integration solutions centered on Amazon Connect and AWS services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Amazon Connect contact flows, including routing, queues, prompts, and recording.
• Develop AWS Lambda functions in Node.js to handle call logic and external integrations.
• Integrate systems with Salesforce CRM and AWS data services such as DynamoDB and S3.
• Implement and manage Amazon Lex bots for voice and chat interactions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, ensure platform stability, and maintain data security compliance for PII/PCI data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS services, specifically Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for serverless development.
• Hands-on experience designing Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR architectures.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to implement Amazon Lex bots.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E., B.Sc., or Diploma) or equivalent education.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certification.
• Experience with Amazon Q and CTI integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
