• The primary responsibility of this role is to Develop integration between various corporate systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal corp system team members and HR team to integrate the relevant systems.

The core responsibilities of the candidate are

● Build Workato Recipes - Design, develop and deploy work recipes that integrate various enterprise applications to support automated workflows.
● Build necessary custom connectors: Whenever out of the box Workato connectors are not available, then build custom connectors using the SDK provided
● Integration Lifecycle Management: Manage instances and deployments across them.
● Document Data Mappings: Manage transformation and recipe details in clear documents
● Maintain the platform: Manage system performance, task consumption and monitor job runs and failures.
● Testing with users: Participate in UATs with users to ensure all use cases are tested before the recipes are deployed to production.
● Communication: Keep the stakeholders and CS team informed of the various changes being worked on, deployments planned and any errors that are impacting the systems.

Skillset Requirements

● Strong logical thinking and problem solving ability
● Workato Experience: 5+ years of Workato development experience with at least 100+ recipes built.
● Good understanding of building APIs.
● Proficiency in REST/SOAP architectures
● Clear understanding of various authentication methods like OAuth, basic auth, JWT etc.
● Experience working with large systems like Successfactors, ServiceNow, ZOHO etc.
● Experience with identity management systems like Entra id,Okta etc.
● SQL experience preferred
