Description

Design and maintain integration solutions connecting SAP SuccessFactors with on-premise and cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Configure and customize standard SAP CPI integration flows and templates to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom interfaces using web services, OData, and other integration protocols.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through collaboration with functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in integration development focusing on SAP CPI and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI iFlows, mappings, and adapters.
• Proficiency with SOAP, REST, OData, and SFTP protocols.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON for data transformation.
• Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP Process Integration (PI/PO).
