Required Skills:
✔️ 12+ years of IT experience
✔️ 5+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineering roles
✔️ Strong expertise in enterprise integration platforms (TIBCO highly preferred)
✔️ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools & automation frameworks
✔️ Expertise in Git, Bitbucket, SVN
✔️ Scripting knowledge (Shell, Maven, Ant, or similar)
✔️ Experience with SQL & database environments
✔️ Strong troubleshooting & production support experience
✔️ Ability to manage large-scale integration environments
✔️ Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
