Description

You will lead DevOps and platform engineering for large-scale enterprise integration environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize large-scale integration environments using TIBCO.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Collaborate with distributed and offshore engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration platforms, specifically TIBCO.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in version control systems: Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
• Scripting knowledge in Shell, Maven, Ant, or similar tools.
• Experience with SQL and database environments.
• Ability to manage large-scale system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API Management Platforms such as Mashery.
• Performance testing experience using JMeter.
