You will guide merchants and developers through the implementation of payment processing solutions, APIs, and commerce products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide merchants and developers through the implementation of 1st and 3rd party payment processing solutions and APIs.
• Ensure integrations follow optimal strategies and maintain high quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and run test scenarios for technical issues involving code, software, hardware, and endpoints.
• Communicate technical fixes or workarounds for identified issues.
• Generate and review technical documentation, including sample code, FAQs, and snippets, for merchant distribution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical integration or support roles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues with code, software, and hardware.
• Experience supporting API implementations and payment processing workflows.
• Strong understanding of PayPal code, software, and hardware ecosystems.
• B-Tech or MBA degree.
