job responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary OFSC Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on platform capabilities, architecture, and integration best practices.
Design, develop, and support integrations using OFSC REST APIs, including Activity, Resource, Capacity, and Core Manage APIs.
Build and implement OFSC plugins utilizing the OFSC Plugin Framework and JavaScript SDK.
Configure and optimize OFSC business rules, routing logic, work zones, capacity categories, and workflow processes.
Integrate OFSC with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, GIS, and third-party platforms using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
Design and implement modern integration patterns including event-driven architectures, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging solutions.
Support DevOps initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, version control processes, and environment management across development, test, and production instances.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent college education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
6+ years of experience designing and implementing OFSC integrations.
Strong expertise with:
Oracle Field Service Cloud configuration
OFSC REST APIs
OFSC Plugin Framework
JavaScript SDK
Workflow and routing configurations
Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization models.
Experience integrating OFSC with enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud or MuleSoft.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
Experience supporting field inspection, field service, or asset management solutions.
Experience with greenfield implementations, platform modernization, or legacy system replacement projects
