Description

You will serve as the primary Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Subject Matter Expert, owning platform architecture, integration design, and best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support OFSC integrations using REST APIs for Activity, Resource, Capacity, and Core Manage.
• Build OFSC plugins using the Plugin Framework and JavaScript SDK.
• Configure business rules, routing logic, work zones, and workflow processes.
• Integrate OFSC with ERP, CRM, and GIS systems via REST, SOAP, and middleware.
• Implement event-driven architectures, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing OFSC integrations.
• Strong expertise in OFSC REST APIs and the OFSC Plugin Framework.
• Proficiency with JavaScript SDK for plugin development.
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization models.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Support for DevOps initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
• Experience with greenfield implementations or legacy system replacement.
