Description

You design and implement healthcare integration strategies using HL7, FHIR, and API-based methods to own scalable data solutions and interface architectures.

5+ years of experience in integration engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage interfaces using Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Cloverleaf.
• Implement data normalization and database modeling for healthcare transactions.
• Test, deploy, and manage RESTful APIs and containerized applications via CI/CD.
• Ensure data security and mitigate OWASP API Security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integration engineering.
• Expertise in healthcare interoperability: FHIR, HL7, CDA, ICD 10.
• Interface engine proficiency: Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Cloverleaf.
• Strong development in C#, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with RESTful API design, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and RDBMS.
• Hands-on with JSON, XML, CSV, CCCD, and HL7.
• Knowledge of FTP and SFTP protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with EMR systems and HIPAA/HITECH standards.
• Understanding of NoSQL databases.
