Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of data integrations for a new Transportation Management System (TMS) platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between vendor systems and the TMS platform using XML-based feeds.
• Define and manage XSD/XML schemas to ensure data compatibility and accuracy.
• Build, test, and deploy ETL pipelines for file ingestion and transformation.
• Validate data integrity and troubleshoot data movement across multiple systems.
• Lead technical discovery and collaborate with external vendors to refine integration workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data integration or similar engineering roles.
• Expertise in XML, including reading, writing, and validating XSD files.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Apache Spark.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and file-based ingestion.
• Proven ability to perform data validation and complex troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience integrating with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or supply chain data flows.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and ability to lead a POC.
