Description

You will design and implement XML-based integrations between vendor systems and the TMS platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement XML-based integrations between vendor systems and the TMS platform.
• Define and manage XSD/XML schemas to ensure data compatibility and accuracy.
• Build, test, and deploy ETL pipelines for file drops, data ingestion, and transformation.
• Validate data integrity and ensure seamless data movement across systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal engineering teams to troubleshoot and refine integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data integration or related roles.
• Advanced XML expertise, including reading, writing, and validating XSD files.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Apache Spark.
• Deep understanding of ETL concepts, specifically file-based ingestion and transformation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and validate complex data flows.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with or working within Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or supply chain data flows.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or a background in platform/infrastructure engineering.
