Description

Manage the full software development life cycle from requirements gathering through deployment and unit testing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop applications using Java, Servlet, and J2EE technologies.
  • Build REST APIs using Spring Boot and Data JPA.
  • Implement microservices architectures and distributed SOAP/RESTful web services.
  • Design and maintain data structures and multi-threaded solutions.
  • Debug complex code and resolve errors within the SDLC.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Java development.
  • Hands-on expertise with Spring frameworks: Spring-MVC, Spring-Rest, Spring-Data JPA, Spring-Security, and Spring-Boot.
  • Proficiency with Hibernate and Spring RestTemplate.
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat and Wildfly servers.
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka messaging and OAuth 2.0.
  • Strong grasp of Design Patterns: Singleton, DAO, Factory, Delegate, and Facade.
  • Advanced understanding of Multithreading, OOPs, and Data Structures.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, DB2, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Proficiency with Jenkins, CVS, GIT, and SVN.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
