Description

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within complex IT landscapes. You will own the definition, coordination, and verification of multi-squad features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Refine Epics into Features by defining technical solution directions, dependencies, and design requirements.
• Translate functional and non-functional business, architecture, and IT requirements into detailed feature designs.
• Create solution approaches for Epics and Features that involve multiple squads, tribes, and IT assets.
• Coordinate delivery planning and safeguard the execution of complex features across multiple domains.
• Verify that realized features function according to their original design and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an agile IT or technical project manager in complex IT environments.
• Proven experience acting as an IT Integrator or technical project lead.
• Deep understanding of IT concepts, application landscapes, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing technical dependencies and solution design in an agile framework.
• Ability to facilitate discussions regarding architecture, risk, and compliance.
• Experience working within banking or financial services environments.
• Competency in managing QBRs and delivery roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to remove impediments and drive progress.
• Experience advising Product Owners on feature dependencies, priorities, and backlog alignment.
