Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to drive and deliver integration solutions across a complex, multi-system and across agencies environment. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure PaaS services, along with the ability to provide input to integration design, contribute to development activities, and support modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and ensure robust, scalable integration outcomes. Experience in working concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms
• Provide technical leadership in defining integration patterns, standards, and best practices
• Work hands-on with development teams to build and implement integration components where required
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment of integration solutions
• Collaborate with solution architects to align integration approaches with overall architecture
• Analyse and troubleshoot complex integration issues, driving resolution across teams
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with performance and reliability requirements
• Support end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, and deployment phases
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams in a complex stakeholder environment

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS services, such as:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure API Management
• Event Grid / Event Hub
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise integration patterns (e.g. messaging, event-driven, API-led integration)
• Hands-on development experience in integration technologies (e.g. .NET, REST APIs, messaging frameworks)
• Strong experience building and maintaining DevOps CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code Bicep to support automated deployments
• Strong understanding of system interoperability, data transformation, and distributed systems
• Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments
