Description

You will own the Workday integration strategy, design, and delivery across the programme.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the integration strategy in collaboration with implementation partners and programme leadership.
• Analyze current state integrations and design future state integrations with Workday.
• Review and approve integration design specifications, system documentation, and sample files.
• Conduct technical workshops to define requirements and integration touchpoints.
• Collaborate with technical and test leads to develop validation scripts and end-to-end test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with integrations.
• 5+ years of project experience in a technical or techno-functional role with ERP implementations in HCM or Financials.
• Mandatory experience with Workday integrations.
• Proficiency with Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, and SAML.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) design principles and ERP HCM/Financials integration patterns.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a technical team.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical HR professionals.
• Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
