Description

Lead the design, development, and integration of modern cloud-deployable applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement back-end applications using Java and Spring Boot on AWS Cloud.
• Own the full lifecycle of application integration, including front-end and product integration.
• Design software using Design Patterns and implement secure coding practices.
• Lead technical execution by managing user stories, performing code reviews, and supporting UAT planning.
• Drive development using Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Pair Programming techniques.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on software platforms.
• Extensive experience with Microservices, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Proven track record in front-end integration using React JS.
• Experience with IBM Stack and AWS Cloud-native or AWS managed services.
• Hands-on experience with scalable architectures, API management, and container orchestration.
• Practical knowledge of event-based architectures.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies and completing projects using Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Developer - Associate or equivalent cloud certification.
• Certified Scrum Developer.
• Certified Software Testing Professional or Certified Software Quality Analyst.
