Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and middleware integrations.
• Develop integration mapping, workflows, and data exchanges between ERP systems and third-party business applications.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance business applications and operational efficiency.
• Design solution architecture that aligns business and technical requirements.
• Ensure enterprise applications, integrations, and supporting platforms remain stable, secure, and up to date.
• Create and maintain API standards, integration documentation, and change management processes.
• Provide technical leadership for application upgrades, enhancements, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues while providing Level II/III support.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and development partners to ensure solutions follow architectural standards and best practices.
• Develop root cause analyses for critical production issues and drive long-term corrective actions.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, systems integration, or application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform such as Celigo, Jitterbit, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Strong experience integrating ERP systems with enterprise business applications.
• Experience designing and supporting APIs and system integrations.
• Experience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with workflow/document management platforms such as DocuWare, Documentum, or similar.
• Experience supporting eCommerce platforms such as Magento or comparable solutions.
• Experience with SQL and data reporting tools is preferred.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (UiPath or similar) is a plus.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is preferred.

Experience supporting or integrating with one or more of the following:

• Microsoft Business Central
• NetSuite
• Acumatica
