Description

Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise application and middleware integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain integration mapping, workflows, and data exchanges between ERP systems and third-party applications.
• Develop API standards, solution architecture, and change management processes.
• Provide technical leadership for application upgrades, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive root cause analysis for critical production problems.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, systems integration, or application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform such as Celigo, Jitterbit, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Strong experience integrating ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite, or Acumatica) with business applications.
• Experience designing and supporting APIs and system integrations.
• Experience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and data reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with workflow/document management platforms such as DocuWare or Documentum.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (UiPath) or eCommerce platforms like Magento.
