Description

You will manage a large-scale integration portfolio, overseeing interface lifecycle governance and Managed File Transfers for over 200 interfaces and 3,200 integration flows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integration projects across Oracle Fusion, M-CAPS, and legacy applications.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks across integration workstreams.
• Provide executive-level reporting, including status updates, risk analysis, and strategic insights to senior IT leadership.
• Ensure adherence to integration governance standards and support enterprise transformation initiatives like platform migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record in the utility or energy sector.
• Hands-on experience managing complex integration environments with 200+ interfaces and system interoperability workflows.
• Strong background in enterprise systems, specifically Oracle Fusion and M-CAPS.
• Deep understanding of integration workflows and Managed File Transfers (MFT).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Agile methodology experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale digital or enterprise transformation programs and system modernization.
• Familiarity with integration architecture and middleware platforms.
• Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams in global delivery environments.
