Description

Provide frontline troubleshooting and end-to-end resolution for integration issues using Boomi and related iPaaS platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures across real-time (API/REST/SOAP) and batch (SFTP/file-based) workflows.
• Diagnose root causes for complex integration issues and implement effective technical solutions.
• Design and implement integration solutions using connectors for HTTP, SFTP, and databases.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and availability to ensure high reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and participate in on-call support rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or integration engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, DDL, DML), preferably with SQL Server.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Groovy, or Java for scripting and transformations.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and API standards (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

• Boomi Associate or Professional Developer certifications.
• Experience with Jira or ServiceNow for issue tracking.
