Description

Lead integration development for APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures while providing technical oversight and mentoring distributed teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development of APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Provide solutioning inputs and design oversight aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to API governance.
• Act as the primary interface for business stakeholders, supporting backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and DevOps practices, including incident resolution and continuous optimization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in integration and application development.
• Strong expertise in API development, microservices architecture, and Cloud Platforms.
• Hands-on experience with API management platforms, specifically Apigee.
• Experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven track record of leading at least 2 system integration and modernization projects as a Technical Lead.
• Experience leading distributed onshore-offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with 10+ years of total working experience.
• Background in platform performance and scalability optimization.
