Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM integrations to automate secure data transmissions between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and support integrations with PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, and Kronos.
• Perform bulk data mapping and loads using HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, FBL, PBL, and Fast Formulas.
• Develop BI Publisher reports using XML, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and CSV, and create OBIEE dashboards.
• Configure custom Oracle HCM workflows, approval hierarchies, and security processes for MSS and ESS.
• Generate EDI/EFT files and reporting templates (eText, RTF) in delimited, fixed-width, and CSV formats.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Expertise with HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, Security, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficiency in XML, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and CSV.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integration, data quality, and performance issues.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, EBS, and ADP integrations.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) for real-time analysis.
• Ability to provide design solutions for complex technical and business problems.
