You will serve as the technical bridge between engineering teams and customers, leveraging the Agentic AI Platform to solve specific business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical subject matter expert on the Agentic AI Platform for customers and partners.
• Design and implement custom technical solutions by tailoring the platform to meet specific customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to customer integrations and platform usage.
• Develop scripts, tools, and documentation to streamline the integration process for clients.
• Translate customer feedback and technical challenges into actionable requirements for platform improvement.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant).
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
• Solid understanding of software systems, APIs (REST, gRPC), and data formats (JSON, ProtoBuf).
• Ability to debug complex technical issues and solve technical problems independently.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with LLMs and experience with LangChain or Llamaindex.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation for a developer audience.
